This laptop has some technical issues, the display ribbon is broken. It takes 6-7k to repair the ribbon, everything else is perfectly fine. You just have to change the ribbon. Display power is okay. Sound, camera, smoothness, everything is perfect. I want to buy a new device that's why I am selling this and didn't bother to fix it. Battery is 80%, you can service the battery if you want. It was brought from the USA, authentic product.
