There are no issues with the phone cooler. I bought it because I used to do a lot of gaming, but it is no longer useful to me. It cools the phone very well; if you turn it on while open, ice forms, and it cools the phone down very quickly within a few seconds, maintaining the temperature. It hasn't been used much, and you will get a cable, box, and cash memo with it. There is not a single issue; you can come and check it thoroughly.
