Responsibilities
ড্রাইভারের যোগ্যতা ও দায়িত্বসমূহ
- ঢাকা শহরে গাড়ি চালানোর কমপক্ষে ৫ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- ৭ আসনের গাড়ি দক্ষতার সঙ্গে ও নিরাপদে চালাতে জানতে হবে।
- গুগল ম্যাপ ব্যবহার করে গন্তব্য ও পথ খুঁজে নিতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
- উত্তরবঙ্গের প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
- পূর্ববর্তী নিয়োগকর্তার রেফারেন্স ও যোগাযোগের নম্বর দিতে হবে।
- গাড়ি পরিষ্কার রাখা ও নিয়মিত যত্ন নিতে হবে।
- গাড়ি চালানোর কাজ তুলনামূলকভাবে কম হওয়ায়, ডিউটির সময় গাড়ি চালানোর প্রয়োজন না থাকলে বাজার করা, প্রয়োজনীয় জিনিসপত্র কেনা এবং বাড়ির গেট দেখাশোনায় সহযোগিতাসহ হালকা গৃহস্থালি কাজে সহায়তা করতে হবে।
- সৎ, ভদ্র, সময়নিষ্ঠ ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।
Requirements & Skills
থাকার ব্যবস্থা আছে, তবে খাবারের ব্যবস্থা নেই।
দুই ঈদে প্রতিবার মাসিক বেতনের ৫০% হারে উৎসব বোনাস দেওয়া হবে।
গাড়ি ভালোভাবে পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন রাখলে আলাদাভাবে ১,০০০ টাকা বকশিশ দেওয়া হবে।

Job nature, benefits, and conditions
- No regular driving duties like dropping and picking up from school or office at fixed times every day.
- Accommodation is available at home if desired.
- Weekly single day off can be accumulated to take 8-10 days off together every two months.
- Usually, there are no early morning duties.
- However, if necessary, duty may be required up to late night one or two days a week.
- Must be polite, gentle, and responsible.
- Since work is in a restricted area, identity and background will be verified through the police and police clearance will be obtained before appointment.
