Responsibilities
দায়িত্বসমূহ
ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের Software Service সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের বিস্তারিত ধারণা দেওয়া।
গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত সফটওয়্যার সেবা সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
নতুন গ্রাহক তৈরি এবং বিক্রয় (Sales) বৃদ্ধি করা।
সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের নিয়মিত Follow-up করা।
গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন ও আপত্তি পেশাদারভাবে মোকাবিলা করা।
দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক Sales Target অর্জনের জন্য কাজ করা।
গ্রাহকের তথ্য ও Sales কার্যক্রম নিয়মিত রিপোর্ট করা।
Requirements & Skills
👤 যোগ্যতা
ন্যূনতম HSC/সমমান শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা।
Telesales, Telemarketing বা Sales-এর অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও স্পষ্টভাবে কথা বলার সক্ষমতা।
কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারে মৌলিক জ্ঞান।
গ্রাহককে বোঝানোর ও Sales Closing করার সক্ষমতা।
আত্মবিশ্বাসী, দায়িত্বশীল এবং পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে।
Sales Target নিয়ে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
যারা ফোনে মানুষের সাথে সহজে যোগাযোগ তৈরি করতে পারেন, গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন বুঝে সঠিক Software Service উপস্থাপন করতে পারেন এবং Sales-এর মাধ্যমে নিজের ক্যারিয়ার গড়তে আগ্রহী, তাদের জন্য এটি একটি ভালো সুযোগ।

Contact potential customers over the phone
Explain in detail about Software Service
Create new customers and increase sales
Regular customer follow-up
Provide the right software solution understanding customer needs
Must have good communication skills to achieve set sales targets
Preference will be given if there is sales/telemarketing experience
Proficiency in using computer and internet
Must be confident and hardworking
Must have a target-oriented mindset
