This motherboard had been modified internally. It has features like: Bios update from 0406 to 1107. ME system modified to ME8.1. Updated microcodes from 2013 to 2019. Xeon CPU support (maybe, you can give it a try. Not entirely sure) Used AMIBCP to unlock exclusive features: EC Turbo control core. Hybrid power boost. This helps the CPU to stay at constant bandwidth without being thermal throttled. With those updates, it ensures stability, re-calibrate it's power distribution and improving security. Since It has a missing pin, I add these features to ensure full safety and safe power distribution. If you want peak efficiency upon running this 1333/1600MHz motherboard into a 2800MHz, I recommend some thermal pads and heatsink to it's VRMs and it's ram inductor.
