This is my personal laptop, it is in very good condition. It does not overheat no matter how long you use it. It comes with a very good charging cable, though the battery backup is not available. I am including a mouse and mouse pad for free. Windows has been reinstalled a few times, but it has never required any servicing. Overall, it is a very good laptop.
