Belarus Work Permit

* Perform construction work according to project plans and safety standards. * Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently. * Complete assigned tasks within the required deadlines. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite. * Follow instructions from supervisors and site engineers. * Work effectively as part of a team with other construction workers. * Ensure quality workmanship in all assigned duties. * Wear and use all required personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or accidents immediately. * Comply with company policies and local workplace regulations.

* Previous experience in construction work is preferred (experience requirements depend on the position). * Ability to perform physical work in outdoor and construction site environments. * Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required. * Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. * Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. * Physically fit and medically fit for construction work. * No serious criminal record (subject to employer and visa requirements). * Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Belarus for employment.

* Minimum education: Primary School / SSC or equivalent (preferred). * Relevant construction work experience is an advantage but not mandatory for general labour positions. * Age: 21–45 years (or as per employer requirements). * Physically fit and medically fit for construction work. * Basic understanding of workplace safety and construction practices. * Ability to read and follow simple work instructions. * Valid passport. * Good character with no serious criminal record. * Willingness to relocate and work in Belarus under a work permit.
