Requirements * Minimum secondary school (SSC) or equivalent qualification. * Relevant experience in road construction, paving, asphalt works, or heavy equipment operation (preferred). * Valid operator/driving licence for machinery operators (where applicable). * Physically fit and able to work in outdoor construction environments. * Willing to work flexible hours and overtime when required. * Basic English communication skills are an advantage. * Valid passport or eligibility to obtain one. * Strong commitment to workplace safety and company policies.
