Salary: ৳12,000–16,000 (depending on experience)
Office hours: 10:00 AM–7:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Receiving calls from B2B clients
Solving client questions and problems
Providing information about services/products
Doing customer support and follow-up
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC/Graduate
Call center/customer support experience is preferred
Ability to speak clearly and politely on the phone
Preference for candidates from Mirpur
