Position: Customer Service Executive

Location: Dhaka, Mirpur
Responsibilities:
Receive customer phone calls and provide necessary information.
Confirm customer orders.
Resolve issues related to delivery, returns, and refunds.
Inform customers about detailed product information and pricing.
Update call-related information and customer data in the system.
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum SSC / HSC pass.
Language Skills:
Ability to speak Bengali clearly.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in basic computer usage.
Personal Qualities:
Patient and good at handling customers.
Experience:
Priority will be given to those with experience in call centers or customer support. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
Salary:
12,000 BDT.
