Job Responsibilities:
▪️ Master customer management via phone calls, follow-ups, and texts.
▪️ Respond promptly to incoming messages and inquiries.
▪️ Provide excellent post-sales support to customers.
▪️ Manage official Facebook pages and generate leads.
▪️ Maintain accurate records and daily/monthly sales reports.
▪️ Resolve customer complaints effectively with team support.
▪️ Stay proactive for any tasks assigned by management.
▪️ Understand and meet business customer needs.
Educational Requirements:
HSC/Diploma/Fresh graduate.
Skills Required: Customer Support/Client Service, Communication, and Negotiation.
Experience Requirements:
At least 6 months or freshers.
Working Hours:
Saturday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable.
