ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও প্রসেস করা
Facebook, WhatsApp ও Website-এর মেসেজের উত্তর দেওয়া
গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে ভদ্র ও পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখা
প্রতিদিনের শেষে অর্ডার রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত ও জমা দেওয়া
Requirements & Skills
যোগ্যতা
শুধুমাত্র পুরুষ প্রার্থী
মিরপুর এলাকার বাসিন্দা হতে হবে
ন্যূনতম HSC বা সমমান পাস
বাংলা ও ইংরেজি টাইপিংয়ে দক্ষ হতে হবে
Customer Care বা সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে

Job Responsibilities
Confirming online orders
Accepting and processing orders from the website
Answering messages on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Website
Maintaining polite and professional behavior with customers
Preparing and submitting the order report at the end of the day
Qualifications
Male candidates only
Must be a resident of the Mirpur area
Minimum HSC or equivalent pass
Proficient in Bengali and English typing
Must know basic computer work
Prior experience in Customer Care or related work required
