Customer Support Executive [ Air Ticket ]

Responsibilities - Making the Reservation of Air tickets, Hotels, Tours, Activities, Transfers, and other relevant services. Work on GDS Sabre, Amadeus & Galileo( Training provided)-Coordinate with Customers, suppliers, Airlines & other relevant parties. Making and confirming bookings through GDS, online portal, email, or phone. Making online reservations & processing refunds for the ticket Any other Tasks assign by the management. Provide up-to-date travel-related information to the customer. Create travel itinerary with flights & tour package items given. Respond to client query via online & offline channels. Describing the package tour, sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.

Hard working and team worker. Work experiences in any travel agency are an advantage. Applicant must be sincere to work. Applicant must be responsible to work. Must Able to work in an under pressure. Must be gentle, polite & energetic. MUST be fluent in spoken, reading and written English Customer focused and service oriented. Excellent knowledge in computer operation. Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges. Excellent knowledge in computer operation, Customer Service, Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), English, Accounting, Google Sheets, Internet browsing & online work ability.
