কাস্টমারের মেসেজ ও কল রিসিভ করে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দেওয়া সঠিকভাবে অর্ডার নেওয়া এবং কনফার্ম করা। কাস্টbমারের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রেখে সেরা সার্ভিস প্রদান করা
যোগ্যতা:
কমিউনিকেশন স্কিল এবং কাস্টমার ডিল করার ধৈর্য থাকতে হবে. কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট বা কল সেন্টারে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
অফিস লোকেশন: মিরপুর-২, মনিপুর মোল্লা রোড।
অফিস টাইম: বিকেল ৪টা থেকে রাত ১২ টা

Position: Customer & Rider Support Executive
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Speak with customers over the phone and resolve their issues
• Resolve any issues faced by riders during delivery
• Contact customers if they do not receive calls
• Coordinate with riders in case of customer address/location issues
• Communicate between customers and riders to help complete deliveries
• Quickly resolve any delivery-related issues
👤 Requirements:
✅ Ability to speak politely with customers
✅ Patience to listen to problems and mindset to solve them
✅ Good communication skills with riders and customers
✅ Ability to speak clearly in Bengali
✅ Basic knowledge of using smartphones and computers
📍 Workplace: Mirpur-2, Dhaka
💰 Salary: Negotiable
🕐 Duty: 10 AM to 9 PM with a one-hour lunch break
Experience will be given preference.
