কাজের বিবরণ (Job Responsibilities):
কাস্টমারদের ফোন করে তাদের দেওয়া অর্ডারগুলো কনফার্ম করা।
কাস্টমারের যেকোনো জিজ্ঞাসা বা প্রশ্নের নম্র ও সুন্দরভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া।
দৈনিক অর্ডারের আপডেট এবং ডেটা সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ করা।
যোগ্যতা (Requirements):
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: ন্যূনতম SSC (এসএসসি) পাস।
স্পষ্ট ও সুন্দর কণ্ঠস্বরে কথা বলার যোগ্যতা।
কাস্টমারের সাথে ধৈর্য ও নম্রতার সাথে কথা বলার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
পূর্বে এই ধরণের কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে (তবে ফ্রেশারদেরও আবেদন করার সুযোগ রয়েছে)।
অফিস সময় (Office Time):
সকাল ১০:০০ টা থেকে রাত ১০:০০ টা পর্যন্ত।
বেতন (Salary):
৮,০০০ টাকা থেকে ১২,০০০ টাকা (যোগ্যতা ও পারফরম্যান্সের ভিত্তিতে)।
