🟩 Job Description & Qualifications:
🟢 1-2 years of practical experience in a Call Center/Customer Service department is mandatory.
✅ Typing Speed: Must be good in English and Bengali.
✅ Must be able to speak Bengali clearly and correctly.
✔ Provide support to customers regarding products or services.
✔ Confirm customer orders from Website and Facebook.
✔ Listen to customer problems and provide solutions.
✔ Must be patient and capable of convincing customers to confirm orders.
📌 Terms & Conditions:
Must have the mentality to work for at least 1 year.
Must inform the authority at least 3 months before leaving the job.
