✅প্রোডাক্টের বিস্তারিত তথ্য ও মূল্য সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারকে জানানো।
✅কল সংক্রান্ত তথ্য ও কাস্টমার ডেটা সিস্টেমে আপডেট করা।

Requirement: Female only.
Responsibilities:
Receive customer phone calls and provide necessary information.
Confirm customer orders.
Resolve issues related to delivery, returns, and refunds.
Inform customers about product details and pricing.
Update call-related information and customer data in the system.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum SSC pass.
Language Skills:
Ability to speak Bengali clearly.
Computer Skills:
Proficient in basic computer usage.
Experience:
Preference will be given to those with experience in call centers or customer support. Freshers can also apply.
