🔹 Responsibilities:
* Handle customer phone calls and provide necessary information.
* Confirm customer orders.
* Resolve issues related to delivery, returns, and replacements.
* Inform customers about product details and pricing.
* Update call logs and customer data in the system.
🔹 Qualifications:
* Minimum SSC / HSC pass.
* Ability to speak clearly in Bengali.
* Proficient in basic computer usage.
* Patience and good behavior in handling customers.
🔹 Experience:
* Preference will be given to those with experience in call centers or customer support.
* Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

12,000 – 15,000 BDT
