Place of Use
I had this custom-made with a new order three months ago. I am moving to a new house, and it will be difficult to keep it in the new place, which is why I am selling it. There are no problems whatsoever; you can come and inspect it in person. Please do not call unnecessarily and bother me. Only call if it fits your budget. The price is slightly negotiable. I built it at a very high cost, but I am thinking of letting it go for a much lower price.
