Requirements * Minimum SSC or equivalent qualification. * Age: 18–35 years. * JLPT N4 (or JFT-Basic) Japanese language proficiency. * Pass the Nursing Care Skills Evaluation Test. * Good physical and mental health. * Clean police/background record. * Willingness to live and work in Japan. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Commitment to providing quality care with professionalism.
