A new flat (2nd floor of a 10-story building) will be available for rent from May 1st, 2026.
Monthly rent - 22,000 BDT (including parking). Service charge is not yet determined (may be 2,000-3,000 BDT) - to be paid once finalized.
Electricity and water bills are to be paid by the tenant. No gas connection. Must use LPG gas at own expense until gas connection is provided.
2 months' advance rent must be paid as a security deposit.
