Family member count: 3. Actually, the room we are renting out is a drawing room, but it is set up like a bedroom. Fully furnished. There is a sliding partition to go to the other room. The bathroom is separate, but only the person renting will use it. Male or female allowed, but strictly for 1 person. People who stay occasionally can take it, or those who work night shifts and stay at home in the morning can also take it. Only for those who work at night or stay occasionally. However, those who do business and stay home all day should not call. You must arrange and cook your own meals. Rent must be paid 1 month in advance, and when moving in, the current month's rent must be paid. If anyone decides to leave the apartment, they must notify 2 months in advance.
