Responsibilities
১)প্রজেক্টের দৈনিক কাজ পর্যবেক্ষণ ও পরিচালনা করা।
২)কর্মী/শ্রমিকদের কাজ বণ্টন ও সঠিক মান নিশ্চিত করা।
৩)সাইটের মালামাল ও সরঞ্জামের হিসাব রাখা।
৪)সময়মতো কাজ শেষ করা ও প্রজেক্ট ম্যানেজারকে রিপোর্ট দেওয়া।
Requirements & Skills
(১)সুপারভাইজার বা সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে অন্তত ১ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।(নতুনদের অগ্রাধিকার)
(২)দল পরিচালনা ও কাজ আদায় করে নেওয়ার দক্ষতা।
(৩)ভালো যোগাযোগ ও সাধারণ রিপোর্ট তৈরির সক্ষমতা।
(৪)সাইটের যেকোনো সমস্যা দ্রুত সমাধানের দক্ষতা।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
★এইচএসসি (HSC) / সমমান পাস অথবা যেকোনো বিষয়ে স্নাতক (Degree/Honours) বা ডিপ্লোমা সম্পন্ন।
