Lithuania Work Permit

* Perform concrete, masonry, plastering, and façade work. * Read and follow construction plans and supervisor instructions. * Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment. * Ensure work is completed safely and meets quality standards. * Keep the worksite clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. * Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading. * Work effectively as part of a construction team. * Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.

* Experience in construction work is preferred but not mandatory. * Physically fit and able to perform manual labor. * Basic knowledge of concrete, masonry, plastering, or façade work. * Ability to use common construction tools and equipment safely. * Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions. * Good teamwork and communication skills. * Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. * Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

* Minimum education: Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent. * Age: 18–45 years (subject to employer requirements). * Good physical health and fitness for construction work. * Basic English communication skills are an advantage. * Relevant construction experience is preferred but not mandatory. * Valid passport with sufficient validity. * Ability to obtain a Lithuania work permit and meet employer/immigration requirements.
