Minimum Experience
5 years
Position Name: Cutting Master (Male only)
Job Responsibilities:
Cut fabrics for 4-5 artisans
Properly demonstrate work to artisans when needed
Ensure daily production targets of the company are met
Qualifications:
Must be skilled and experienced in cutting burkhas, abayas, and hijabs
Must have the ability to manage artisans
Benefits:
Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 Taka (based on skill)
Snack Allowance: 30 Taka per day
Weekly Holiday: Friday (must work if needed)
Duty Hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
