I have been using the mobile for about two years plus, it was running very smoothly. Last six months ago, I showed it at Matlab Plaza because there was no sound in the speaker. They changed the ribbon due to a ribbon problem, after that it was running fine. Suddenly the inner display became like this: when you single tap, the whole screen can be seen, when you double tap, it becomes white. Everything can be done with the upper display.
