Portugal Hiring Skilled Agricultural Workers

* Perform agricultural, gardening, and outdoor labor tasks as assigned. * Plant, cultivate, prune, and harvest crops, trees, and plants. * Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely (e.g., brush cutters, chainsaws, log splitters). * Assist with forestry, landscaping, and construction support work. * Load, unload, and move materials when required. * Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas. * Work efficiently as part of a team and complete tasks on schedule.

* Previous hands-on experience in agriculture, forestry, landscaping, or outdoor labor is preferred. * Physically fit and able to perform manual work in various weather conditions. * Ability to safely operate basic hand tools and machinery (training may be provided). * Willing to follow safety procedures and employer instructions. * Reliable, hardworking, and punctual with a positive attitude. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic communication skills in English are an advantage. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.

* Minimum education: Primary school or equivalent (preferred). * Age: 18–45 years (or as per employer requirements). * Previous experience in agriculture, forestry, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is preferred. * Physically fit and medically fit for manual work. * Valid passport and ability to meet Portugal work permit requirements. * No serious criminal record. * Willing to relocate and work full-time in Portugal. * Basic English communication skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
