Need 04 caretakers/security guards to look after my house. Need 04 self-sufficient security guards who know the experience of all building work. === Job Type ---- Duty 12 hours, free accommodation, good food arrangements available, food money will be deducted from salary on time, if you don't want to eat, you can eat at your own expense, no money will be deducted at that time, full salary will be given, age 30-40+, own post, no financial transactions, salary will be given at the end of every month between 5th to 10th. Duty from 8 AM to 2 PM, rest from 2 PM to 4 PM, duty from 4 PM to 11 PM, rest from 11 PM to 8 AM. Special Note: 8th grade pass is enough. Reliable person needed, humble and polite. Work location Mirpur 1 Dhaka, Hemayetpur Dhaka. Duty from 8 AM to 2 PM, rest from 2 PM to 5 PM, duty from 5 PM to 11 PM. Sitting on a chair and table at the building gate. What to do: Regularly turning water on and off. Turning the lift on and off on time. Sweeping and mopping the stairs. Sweeping the garage daily. Keeping the house premises clean. Watering the plants on the roof garden, keeping the roof clean, sweeping the roof daily. When a flat becomes vacant, clean that flat. Daily sweeping the roof and watering the plants, cleaning the weeds in the plants. When a tenant comes, show the vacant flat to that tenant. Salary is given on the 10th, salary is 10000 Taka. During the first three days of joining, you will be given free training, outside of this salary. Required documents: 1. National ID card / Online birth registration (clear copy). 2. Clear copy of National ID card of father/mother/wife (any 1 person). 3. Copy of electricity/water bill of current residence (the full address of the house must be written on the bill copy).
