This is a gear cycle although the gear does not work, if you want to install it you can get it done, it costs more, 350$ per shifter. So let's come to the main point. When I purchased this cycle (2k25) I used to ride it roughly, after joining duty I didn't ride it much anymore, it was just lying around like that, and yes I had an accident so one part near the gear was damaged, but don't worry I fixed this and am making this post, so I won't ask for a high price, I will state a budget-friendly price, show interest if you like it. And another point, since the cycle was lying around for many days you might spot a little bit of rust. The number I gave for contact is my father's number so it is recommended not to call that one.
