The printer turns on and the scanner works perfectly. However, printing is not working currently.
After talking to the shopkeeper and checking, it is known that there is an issue with the print head.
According to the shopkeeper and technician, servicing the print head properly or replacing it with a new print head will make the printer completely fine just like before.
