*ক্লাষ্টমার সার্ভিসে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে (না থাকলেও প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া হবে)
*ক্লাষ্টমারের সাথে বিনয়ী ও সহানুভূতিশীল আচরণ বজায় রাখা।
