We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Channel Sourcing Agent who can encourage, manage, and onboard new individuals to open YouTube channels at the field level. The selected candidate will need to contact potential individuals directly, persuade them to start a YouTube channel, guide them according to company guidelines, and ensure the channel is created and grown to company standards before handing it over. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new individuals and encourage them to open YouTube channels through direct contact - Communicate professionally with potential clients and persuade them to take on the task - Provide guidance to clients according to company-defined guidelines - Ensure every client successfully completes channel creation and initial growth - Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups - Submit completed channels to the company within the stipulated time - Maintain and update all client and channel information Performance Targets: - Onboard at least 200 new individuals per month OR - Supply a total of 600 YouTube channels (average 3 channels per person) Qualifications: - Must have strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to easily build relationships and gain trust with people - Basic understanding of the YouTube platform and content creation - Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset - Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously - Prior experience in sales, marketing, or field work will be given preference Salary and Benefits: - Monthly Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 Taka (subject to meeting defined targets) - Salary is negotiable based on performance and consistency - TA/DA (as per company policy) Work Type: - Field work
