• কাস্টমারের সাথে সুন্দরভাবে কথা বলতে হবে
• মোবাইল ও গ্যাজেট সম্পর্কে আগ্রহ থাকলে ভালো
• দ্রুত শেখার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে
• পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা না থাকলেও আবেদন করতে পারবেন
