Tele Sales Officer (Female)

• Handle customer leads received through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp and the company website. • Call new, existing and potential customers to generate sales. • Explain product features, prices and available options clearly. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. • Negotiate prices and follow up regularly to confirm orders. • Reconnect with previous customers and identify repeat-sales opportunities. • Process confirmed orders and update customer information in the CRM. • Prepare and submit daily call, follow-up and sales reports. • Work consistently to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. • Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

• Female candidates only. • Strong communication and customer-handling skills. • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone. • Basic negotiation, follow-up and sales-conversion skills. • Proficiency in Bangla typing and basic computer applications. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM software is preferred. • Must be responsible, punctual and willing to learn. • Must be comfortable working with sales targets. • Experience in telesales, customer service or online sales will be preferred. • Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

• Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification. • Graduates will be given preference. • Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
