Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to businesses in Australia.
- Introduce our clients' commercial cleaning services professionally.
- Identify and speak with decision-makers.
- Book qualified site inspections or appointments for our clients.
- Follow the provided call script while adapting naturally to conversations.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Record call outcomes and update lead information accurately.
- Meet daily call and appointment booking targets.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude on every call.
- Attend training sessions and implement feedback to improve performance.
Requirements & Skills
Good spoken English with a clear accent.
Confident communication and active listening skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic computer skills and ability to use spreadsheets or CRM software.
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or appointment setting is an advantage but not required.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
- Minimum HSC/A-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Strong spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, email, etc.).
- Willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and reliability.
- Ability to work during Australian business hours.
