Telesales Executive - Night Shift

Make outbound calls to customers in the USA. Communicate with customers in fluent and professional English. Follow the provided calling script and company guidelines. Understand customer needs and answer questions appropriately. Handle customer objections professionally. Schedule qualified appointments based on customer interest. Maintain accurate call records and customer information. Achieve daily and monthly performance targets. Maintain professional communication and a customer-focused attitude. Follow company policies, quality standards, and attendance requirements.

Fluent English speaking is mandatory. Excellent verbal communication and pronunciation. Strong listening and interpersonal skills. Confident in communicating with US customers. Professional and positive attitude. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. Good negotiation and objection-handling skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Previous experience in call center, telesales, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred. IELTS / O Level / A Level background will be an advantage. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
