সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করা।

গ্রাহকের প্রয়োজন বুঝে উপযুক্ত সেবা সম্পর্কে পরামর্শ দেওয়া।
নতুন শিক্ষার্থীকে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে সহায়তা করা।
গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন ও আপত্তির পেশাদারভাবে সমাধান করা।
দৈনিক কল, ফলো-আপ ও সেলস রিপোর্ট সংরক্ষণ করা।
পূর্বের লিডগুলোর নিয়মিত ফলো-আপ করে বিক্রয় নিশ্চিত করার চেষ্টা করা।
নির্ধারিত মাসিক/সাপ্তাহিক সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনে কাজ করা।
বাসায় ল্যাপটপ খাকতে হবে।
গ্রাহকের তথ্য গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা এবং প্রতিষ্ঠানের নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা।
টিম লিডারের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রমে সহযোগিতা করা।
Requirements & Skills
lBasic computer and internet browsing skills.
Good communication and convincing ability.
Fluent spoken Bengali (Basic English is an advantage).
Ability to make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and responsible.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
Ability to maintain customer records and prepare daily reports.
Previous experience in Tele Sales/Customer Support will be given preference, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Good verbal communication skills in Bengali.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Fresh candidates are welcome; experienced candidates will get preference.
