Responsibilities
### দায়িত্বসমূহ
* বাসার সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
* গেট খোলা ও বন্ধ করা এবং গেটের নিরাপত্তা বজায় রাখা।
* আগত ব্যক্তি ও দর্শনার্থীদের পরিচয় ও প্রয়োজন যাচাই করা।
* বাসায় প্রবেশ ও বের হওয়ার বিষয়ে সতর্ক থাকা।
* বাসার আশপাশের পরিবেশ নজরদারি করা।
* প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ছোটখাটো গৃহস্থালি কাজে সহযোগিতা করা।
* কোনো অস্বাভাবিক ঘটনা বা নিরাপত্তাজনিত সমস্যা দেখা দিলে দ্রুত কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
* নির্ধারিত ডিউটি সময় যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।

* পূর্বে দারোয়ান/সিকিউরিটি গার্ড হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
* সততা, দায়িত্ববোধ ও বিশ্বস্ততা থাকতে হবে।
* শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ, কর্মঠ ও পরিশ্রমী হতে হবে।
* সময়ানুবর্তী ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।
* নামাজি ও ধর্মীয় অনুশাসন মেনে চলেন এমন হতে হবে।
* আগত ব্যক্তি ও দর্শনার্থীদের সঙ্গে ভদ্র ও ভালো আচরণ করতে হবে।
* বাসার নিরাপত্তা ও শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রাখার বিষয়ে সচেতন হতে হবে।
* ঢাকায় কাজ করার আগ্রহ ও স্থায়ীভাবে দায়িত্ব পালনের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

* দারোয়ান/সিকিউরিটি গার্ড হিসেবে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
* বয়স ৩৫–৫০ বছর।
* শারীরিকভাবে সুস্থ ও কর্মক্ষম হতে হবে।
* নামাজি ও সৎ হতে হবে।

**Qualifications:** Minimum 8th grade pass, must have prior experience as a caretaker/security guard. Must be physically fit, hardworking, honest, and responsible. Must be regular in prayers and possess good manners.
**Responsibilities:** Ensuring building security, controlling the gate and monitoring visitors, keeping an eye on the surroundings of the building, and assisting with minor chores as needed.
