Responsibilities
শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত পাঠদান, পাঠ পরিকল্পনা (Lesson Plan) তৈরি এবং শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রাখা। দুর্বল শিক্ষার্থীদের আলাদাভাবে চিহ্নিত করে তাদের পড়া বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া এবং অভিভাবকদের সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রাখা। সহ-শিক্ষা কার্যক্রম (Co-curricular activities) পরিচালনা ও শিক্ষার্থীদের সৃজনশীলতার বিকাশ ঘটাতে সাহায্য করা।
