Responsibilities
-Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and related surveillance equipment.
-Configure CCTV systems for local and remote/mobile viewing.
-Provide basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
-Install Windows, drivers, applications, and required software.
-Provide technical support for company software and assist users with common issues.
-Handle basic LAN, Wi-Fi, router, networking, and IP configuration.
-Visit client locations for installation, maintenance, and technical support when required.
-Diagnose technical problems and provide appropriate solutions.
-Provide professional customer support and explain solutions clearly.
-Maintain service and installation records.
-Coordinate with the technical/software team for advanced issues.
-Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance.
-Learn and adapt to new technologies, software, and equipment.
Requirements & Skills
-Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and surveillance equipment.
-Basic understanding of IP cameras and network-based CCTV systems will be preferred.
-Good knowledge of Windows and commonly used computer applications.
-Basic computer hardware and troubleshooting knowledge.
-Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and IP configuration.
-Basic software installation and configuration skills.
-Ability to identify and troubleshoot common technical problems.
-Good communication and customer-support skills.
-Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
-Willingness to visit customer/client locations when required.
-Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
-Previous experience in CCTV, IT support, computer servicing, or technical support will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Diploma in Computer Engineering
Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering
Diploma in Engineering in any relevant technical field
HSC or equivalent with good computer and technical knowledge
Candidates from other engineering or technical backgrounds may also apply if they have relevant practical skills.

Training and guidance may be provided where necessary. Candidates who are hardworking, willing to learn, and comfortable working both in the office and at client locations are encouraged to apply.
