Available for a working bachelor, woman/student (must have a guardian), or a small husband-wife family. Quiet, airy, and pleasant environment. 2 minutes from the main road, 2 minutes from Prince Bazar, and 1 minute from General Hospital. The room includes a semi-double Partex closet, 1 bed (semi-double), study table & chair, curtains, light, fan, and an extra big chair. Water filter, gas stove (prepaid), and kitchen facilities with plate shelves are available. You will also have 24/7 dining room access. Tenant age limit: 22-45 expected.
