সঠিকভাবে মালামাল পরিবহন এবং সময়মতো উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। সকল কাজ দায়িত্ব সহকারে করতে হবে। বিশ্বস্ততা সাথে থাকতে হবে। গাড়ির যত্ন নিতে হবে এবং পরিষ্কার রাখতে হবে।

পূর্বে পিকআপ চালানোর অভিজ্ঞতা এবং দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। পিকআপ সম্বন্ধে খুঁটিনাটি ধারণা থাকতে হবে। সাবধানে মালামাল পরিবহন করতে হবে।

৮ম শ্রেণী পাস অথবা পড়তে পারার দক্ষতা থাকলেই হবে।
