Responsibilities
1. Discover potential sellers by field visits, phone calls, and local outreach.
2. Explain the benefits of selling on Bikroy and convince business owners to become paying sellers.
3. Manage everything from the first meeting to finalising the contract and collecting the initial payment.
4. Register new seller accounts, teach them how to use the platform, and input their details into our CRM system.
5. Keep daily activity logs, sales pipelines, and records updated in the CRM.
6. Work with internal teams to fix any signup or account setup problems quickly for a smooth customer experience.
7. Identify new business areas or industries with high growth potential and share ideas with the team.
Requirements & Skills
1. 1 year of experience in Sales or a relevant field will be considered an advantage.
2. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Educational qualifications may be flexible for candidates with relevant professional experience.
