টেক্সচার ও ইমপাস্তো আর্ট: ৩ডি ফ্লোরাল এবং টেক্সচার্ড ল্যান্ডস্কেপ তৈরি।
ওয়াল পেইন্টিং (Wall Painting): বড় পরিসরে দেওয়ালে কাজ করা।

ওয়াল পেইন্টিং (Wall Painting): বড় পরিসরে দেওয়ালে কাজ করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Minimum Qualification Requirements
কাজে সৃজনশীলতা, সূক্ষ্মতা এবং উন্নত মানের ফিনিশিং নিশ্চিত করার ক্ষমতা।
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে প্রজেক্ট সম্পন্ন করার মানসিকতা।

Position Name: Artist
Number of Positions: 03 (three)
Educational Qualifications:
Must hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Fine Arts.
However, educational qualifications may be relaxed for those with exceptional skills and extensive work experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
Portrait Art: Must be highly proficient in portrait drawing.
Texture and Impasto Art: Skill in creating 3D floral and textured landscapes.
Wall Painting: Must have practical experience working on large-scale walls.
Use of Materials: Experience in working with modeling paste, acrylic, and resin finishing.
Other Qualifications:
Ability to ensure creativity, precision, and high-quality finishing in work.
Mindset to complete projects within the stipulated time.
