✅ Profile Backlink creation — high authority site-এ profile তৈরি ও optimize করা
✅ Social Bookmarking submission নিয়মিত করা
✅ Local Citation তৈরি করা এবং NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency maintain করা
✅ Web 2.0 property তৈরি, content post ও link placement করা
✅ Article / Guest Post Submission — relevant niche site খুঁজে বের করা ও submit করা
✅ Google Business Profile (GMB) setup ও basic Local SEO কাজে সহযোগিতা করা
✅ Competitor backlink analysis করে নতুন link opportunity বের করা
✅ Directory Submission, Q&A, Forum Posting সহ অন্যান্য off-page activity চালানো
✅ প্রতিদিনের কাজের daily/weekly report sheet update করে Team Lead-কে জমা দেওয়া
✅ Google-এর guideline মেনে spam-free, safe SEO practice follow করা
✅ Team Lead-এর দেওয়া target অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে কাজ সম্পন্ন করা

Requirements & Skills
Experience: Fresher / Newcomer / ৬ মাস–১ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা
✅ SEO সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা — On-Page ও Off-Page-এর basic concept
✅ Backlink, Guest Post, Citation, Web 2.0 — এসব term সম্পর্কে ধারণা
✅ Computer ও Internet-এ smooth operation-এর দক্ষতা
✅ MS Word / Google Docs / Google Sheet-এ কাজ করার সক্ষমতা
✅ Basic English Reading & Writing — international site-এ কাজ করার জন্য জরুরি
✅ Manual ও Quality Backlink তৈরিতে আগ্রহ (Spam/Software-এর কাজ নয়)
✅ দৈনিক target পূরণ ও সময়মতো report দেওয়ার মানসিকতা
✅ নিয়মিত অফিসে উপস্থিত থেকে full-time কাজ করার সক্ষমতা
