Responsibilities:
1. Preparation, participation and submission of government and private tenders through e-GP and contract implementation through e-GP portal
2. Contract execution, delivery coordination, bill submission, and cost control
3. Documentation and coordination related to procurement and sales activities
4. Effective communication with clients and suppliers
5. Monitoring daily operations and preparing reports
Experience Requirements:
1. Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience with e-GP tendering
2. Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in computer operations, including MS Office, e-GP Submit and email communication is required.
3. Ability to review and analyze contracts
4. Strong communication and team management skills
Qualifications Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management or related field)
2. Strong knowledge of Public Procurement Rules (PPR 2008) and e-GP system is mandatory
3. Experience with government projects or procurement activities will be an advantage
