Responsibilities
প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ:
গ্রাহকদের ফোন, মেসেজ ও সরাসরি যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা।
গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন ও অভিযোগ মনোযোগসহকারে গ্রহণ করে যথাযথ সমাধান দেওয়া।
গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে সৌহার্দ্যপূর্ণ ও পেশাদার সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের সেবা ও পণ্য সম্পর্কে গ্রাহকদের সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগে গ্রাহকের সমস্যা বা অনুরোধ পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
দৈনন্দিন Customer Service সংক্রান্ত রিপোর্ট ও তথ্য সংরক্ষণ করা।

Minimum Qualification Requirements
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:
ন্যূনতম এসএসসি/সমমান পাস।
স্নাতক চলোমান দেরকে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
কম্পিউটার ও MS Office সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
বাংলা তে ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
