I will sell a 1-seat sofa. Reason: Lack of space.

You can use it comfortably for 20 years.
Just buy leather tape from Daraz and apply it to the seat, and it will be brand new. The wood will not get infested with insects + there are no defects anywhere else yet. The seat is fine, just a little leather has peeled off like skin.
You can come to the location to check and choose it if you want. Please only knock if you are interested in buying. Do not disturb unnecessarily.
