Responsibilities
1.Receiving and Inspecting: Check incoming goods against delivery notes, inspect for damages, and report discrepancies.
2.Inventory Control: Organize, label, and store materials in designated locations; track stock levels using digital systems or ledgers.
3.Issuing Stock: Distribute tools, equipment, or supplies to departments or staff based on approved requests.
4.Auditing: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.Safety and Maintenance: Keep the storage area clean, safe, and secure while following health guidelines.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Skills: Proficient in basic computer software (MS Excel, inventory systems), strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Physical Ability: Capability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when required
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Must have completed HSC/ Bachelor Degree
