The phone looks brand new, no scratches on the sides, lamination is applied on top which has a minor scratch, changing that lamination will make the phone look completely brand new. Another issue is that when trying to update the phone, it takes a reset and flashes to start fresh again, apart from that everything else is fine. I am turning off auto-updates and using it, no other problems occur.
